14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.
Conditions
- For hygiene reasons, only unopened products in their original packaging can be returned. Patches that have been used cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or does not match your order.
How to return
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
- We send you the return address.
- You are refunded within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.
Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery: we will send a replacement or refund you at no cost.
