Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order to all 27 countries of the European Union. Every parcel is shipped with a tracking number.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in about 7 to 12 business days depending on your country, so about 8 to 15 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holiday periods.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at nuitlisse@outlook.com, before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcel

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number: we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
