Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.

Conditions

• For hygiene and health reasons, products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned. Only unopened products in their original packaging are accepted.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or does not match your order.

How to return an item

1. Email us at nuitlisse@outlook.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
2. We reply with the return instructions and address.
3. Once we receive the returned product, we refund you within 14 days using the original payment method.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped.
